ข้ออ้าง

เหนื่อยกับการหาข้ออ้าง 
กับสิ่งที่ไม่อยากทำ  แต่จำเป็นต้องทำ   พอตัดสินใจว่าจะไม่ทำ
ก็ต้อง
หา
ข้ออ้าง
แต่พอตัดสินใจทำ
เราก็             ไม่มีความสุข
อึดอัด
(หรือว่าเราไม่กล้าเผชิญความจริง ?) 
อยากพูดออกไปตรงๆว่าไม่อยากทำ     แต่ก็ไม่ดีอีก
คนเราพอโดนนินทาลับหลัง
ก็บอกไม่ชอบ    มีอะไรก็พูดตรงๆ
แต่พอพูดตรงๆ
ก็
ไม่ชอบอีก  เพราะ มัน  ทำร้ายจิตใจกัน
